Self-Esteem Building
Self-esteem or how we feel about ourselves can summon to how a person is able to overcome the “ups-and down” of life. People with low self-esteem have a tendency to isolate themselves, develop depression or anxiety, suffering from underachievement and impaired functioning, and in some cases being vulnerable to drug-abuse. In group therapy a person learn how to rebut her inner critics, how to ask for help, how to develop self nurturing skills, and how to improve problem solving ability.
